ViraanHub is an educational learning platform that provides articles, web stories, videos, quizzes, learning progress tracking, and an incentive-based learning credits system.
We may collect your email address, account details, login information, quiz attempts, quiz scores, learning activity, wallet or learning credits balance, withdrawal/payment method details such as UPI ID, device information, IP address, and support messages.
We use your information to create and manage your account, verify your email, provide learning content, process quizzes, calculate eligibility, maintain your wallet or learning credits, process withdrawal requests, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the app, and provide support.
Learning credits are part of the ViraanHub incentive program. Eligibility may depend on quiz accuracy, platform rules, account verification, fraud checks, and withdrawal requirements. ViraanHub may review suspicious activity before processing any withdrawal request.
If you request withdrawal, we may collect payment details such as UPI ID. This data is used only to process your withdrawal request and maintain required records.
ViraanHub may display ads through advertising partners such as Google AdMob. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and usage information according to their own policies. We do not ask users to click ads or interact with ads for cash rewards.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers for hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, advertising, payment processing, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
